  • Original Passport with old passport :
    • Passport should be valid minimum 6 months from the date of travel & minimum two blank page for visa stamping
  • 2 recent photographs :
    • Photo should be measure 33mm (wide) by 48 mm (high). The head width should be between 15 mm and 22 mm the head height should be between 28 mm and 33 mm, measured from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head. The Space between the top of the head and the top of the photo should be between 3mm and 5 mm. Glossy Finish
  • Evidence of Sufficient Funds :
    • Covering letter from applicant on business letter head stating applicant’s name, profile, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – To Visa Officer, The Chinese Embassy, and New Delhi. The covering letter must mention the booking made for accommodation covering the period of stay in China and day to day planned itinerary. If the passenger has travelled to China earlier the covering letter must mention in detail the purpose of all the last visits with dates and places of visit.
    • Original Bank Balance Certificate with minimum amount of Rs. 1.50 Lac per passenger and personal original last 06 months bank statement with minimum balance of Rs. 1.50 Lac with bank seal and signature of authorized signatory.
  • Evidence of Proposed Tourist in China :
    • Day to day Itinerary on the letterhead of the Travel Agent 
    • Hotel booking Confirmation made for the period of stay in China with complete postal address of the hotels with their respective phone no, fax no, and email address.
    • Confirmed Return Air Ticket (booking printout)
  • Normal Process Time: 7 working days after completion of receipt of all require documents.
  • Urgent Process Time: 4 working days after completion of receipt of all require documents
