After An American Breakfast & Check-out from Hotel, Today We Visit Amazing Untouched Sambor Prei Kuk Temples, Group Of Temple Which Is Consists Of About 200 Temples Of The Pre-Angkorian City Located About 30 Km From Kampong Thom Provincial Town And Then Continue To Siem Reap, Stop At Kompong Kdei To See The "Angkorian" Bridge, Known As The Dragon Bridge Or Spean Praptos, Locates In Siem Reap Province And Has A Life Expectancy Of Over 1000 Years. The Kompong Kdei Is Spanning The Chi Kreng River With 86 Meters Long, 16 Meters Wide And 10 Meters High Above The Level Of The River Bed. The Bridge Is Recognized As The Longest Corbelled Stone. Day 5 : VISIT ROLOUS GROUP AND SMALL CIRCUIT

After An American Breakfast At Hotel, Today We Visit The Full Day Tour To Rolous Group Roluos's Monuments, More Known Under The Name Of Roluos Group Were Built Between Years 877 And 889. Situated At 13km Of Siem Reap, They Are The First Temples "Made Of Hard" Built By The Khmers, Representing The Beginning Of The Classic Art Of Cambodia. Before Those Of Roluos, Temples Were All Built Essentially Wooden And Various Light Materials, And Resisted Little In The Years, Where From Their Short-Lived Side. French Archaeologists Divided The Angkor Complex In Two Circuits: The Small Circuit And The Grand Circuit. The Small Circuit Begins At Angkor Wat And Continues For Seventeen Kilometers That Run Through Major Temples Of Angkor Thom, Ta Phrohm, And Banteay Kdei.

In The Morning We Will Visit The Rolous Group Including Preah Ko, Bakong, Lo Lei; The Roluos Group Will Bring You Back To Among The Earliest Large, Permanent Temples Built By The Khmers And Mark The Beginning Of The Age Of Khmer Classical Art. If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More - On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.

Specified Person' Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An 'Overseas Tour Package' At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Best Voyage Pvt Ltd. The User Understands And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A 'Specified Person', The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA.
